Associate Pastor’s: Don & Linda Boyett
Pastor Don Boyett has been in full-time ministry for 47 years and has served 35 years as pastor of Providence Church in Lake Providence, LA. Being born into a pastor’s home, Pastor Don has always loved the Church and is passionate to see her fulfill her destiny as the triumphant and righteous Bride of Christ. Pastor Don has a heart to love & to equip. He has become a “father” to many, as well as a brother & friend. Pastor Don and his wife Linda have been married 46 years and have 3 outstanding children, 10 terrific grandchildren, and 4 grand-dogs.

Kelly Boyett
Children’s Ministry Director ~May 2014~
We are excited that Kelly Boyett, who has a degree in Early Childhood Development, has accepted the position of Children’s Pastor here at Providence Church. Kelly has been teaching in one of the local schools, here in Lake Providence, for the last eight years and is both a wife and mom. As a parent, educator, and Christian, Kelly is delighted to marry her God given talents and love for Jesus into overseeing our children’s department. Moreover, she knows the importance of establishing a positive and age friendly environment for children to embrace the God who created them. She teaches Christian principles to little ones in a way that affirms scripture, brings glory to God and provides them with the tools they need to become effective Christians even at such a young age. Please pray as Kelly transitions into this new role and ministers to our children.

Pam and her husband, Clay, are long time active members of Providence Church. Pam has served in the nursery for years and has a heart to see little one’s experience the love of Jesus. Her skills and upbeat demeanor promote a positive environment for all involved. We are so blessed to have Pam as our Director of Nursery Ministry as she and her team of volunteers, provide a safe and healthy environment for children to visit during services and special events.
